Going through a break up with my baby mum, my boys are 5 and 3. I’m struggling I am doing all of this with only my boys by my side while they can.

We are in seperate rooms at this stage but in a couple of weeks she’ll have my kids at a new home while I stay where I am. I can’t do school shifts and what not due to work commitments. All my money goes towards my family so I have nothing to myself at the moment.

How do I keep myself together till things feel a lot less? I am struggling so much. I work in corrections so really can’t show my emotions. This is tough
