I intend to start competing in kickboxing competitions and some of them are WAKO tournaments and others WKO etc. My question is which shin guards are allowed? Do some disciplines require a specific set? Or does it not matter as long as the feet and shins are covered? Thanks in advance
Im intending to buy one of the osmo pockets but unsure which to get. Both will be in used condition as i camt justify getting brand new for what i intend to use it for. Im a martial artist and hope to video my fights for myself and team mates aswell as training videos. Obviously the pocket 1 is cheaper than the pocket 2 but I've heard people saying the pocket 2 is alot better considering I intend to use it indoors where lighting isnt the greatest. Guidance and suggestions welcome please!
