Searching for music open mics and events around Indy
Hello! So I want to find some places where there’s open mic events or any kind of music things that could help me be a better rapper. Long story short I suck🤷🏽♀️ I used to be alright, but I’ve really been lazy the last few years. One of my favorite places I used to go to was Stonetree, but they closed. I want to connect with local artist, I want to try to grow myself. I like to be more lyrical (like Em obviously, or JID, Nas and others.) I want to be around more people that make music, learn some new processes and grow! If anyone knows of any events like that please reach out! I’d even be willing to pay the right person if they’d be willing to mentor. Someone to push me to give my all! I suffer from being in my head to much, and want to get out of that head space. I’m also looking for some dope producers too. Boombap, trap, really anything. Hope someone sees this and reaches out! Have a good night!
