1. I know that the all-healing dragon blood is specifically the blood from the last heartbeats of a dead dragon. But does this apply to any dragon or a specific type? If, for example, they killed Mezoreia in arc 8, would it be possible to use his blood?

2. Why didn't they use the dragon blood to heal the royal family? Something that supposedly can even cure the effects of AUTHORITIES, shouldn't it be able to cure this easily? People thought it was Heinkel, and that this would explain his incredible resilience. But it was revealed that he only bathed in dragon's blood.
