Hello guys,

I have two questions,

1- concerning driving licence, is it mandatory to take the test in the city that you live in according to your id address or is it ok to just take the test in whatever city you are in.

2- same question for passport, is it possible to do it in whatever city you happened to be at or is it mandatory to go back to your city.
