Does anyone know what this dish is? It was the otoshi at an izakaya in Tokyo. I don’t recall if it said it was smoked, but it tasted smoked, and was certainly a raw chicken texture. Any ideas?

Hey, first off, I’m pretty frustrated, so I apologize if that comes through in my tone.
So, I just finished week one with my resmed 10 and I hate it. I find myself up in the middle of the night stopping it just to see if I’m at 4 hours so I can take it off.
I’m using a resmed n20 nose mask, and it seems to fit well, it rarely leaks, but if I get settled on either side, I can feel it about to come off my nostril. I think that is probably just a problem with me, I hyperfixate on things like when the seam of my socks aren’t just right under my toes, but it’s been weighing on me.
I’ve had one good night with it so far, where I felt I was finally getting used to it, and I felt good the next day, but the next few started getting worse. I was a bit congested so I couldn’t breathe through my nose, so I just accepted it and left it off. The next night, I started getting water in the mask and that kept waking me up, and I was only getting air through one nostril. Tonight I was only getting air through one nostril, despite both being clear when the mask is off, and it feels like I’m not getting enough air in my lungs. I’ve noticed that while I’m awake with it on, sometimes I’m not breathing at all, like my brain thinks it’s breathing calmly with shallow breaths, but 30 seconds later I have to consciously take a deep breath through my nose and breathe manually for a while.
I tried nose cushions, but those were worse. They were Phillips brand, and the hose came in the top and soft silicone tubes came down the sides which compressed and got completely cut off on my side.
Lastly, I struggle to stay cool, so I roll around until I fall asleep and that makes it a lot harder. Every time I roll over, I have to screw with it, move my pillow, adjust my mask, mess with the hose, it just wakes me all the way up every time.
So, that’s my bitching out of the way. That said, what all am I doing wrong? The main thing to tackle is the problem with my nose stuffing up probably, but googling seems to say that the Cpap should help relieve that, not make it worse. Do I need a full mask, or will that just make me more uncomfortable on my side? Thank you in advance for any help or advice. I really wanted this to make my life better, but more and more I’m dreading going to bed.
