So I already posted this on tomt but I didn't get any answers but I'm hoping to find some here.

Okay so, I don't remember the whole plot but I remember like the first bit, It randomly came on and I remembered it a few weeks ago even though I watched a few years ago.

this movie seems like it may have been made like 2015-2019 maybe but I don't know, it's like one of those off brand Disney movies, but it was live action not animated.

okay, so the movie comes on and it starts with this girl and her mom and dad, the girl had brown hair, so this girl and her parents are like the fancy family, like, they make her do really good at school and I think she plays piano or violin something, and she talks like fancy, then as they're talking they hear their neighbors, this is like the crazy family I guess, so the crazy family (also a three person family like the fancy one) all three of them are playing the drums on their front lawn, and the drummer girl is the same age as brown haired girl and has curly blonde hair, also this was like a kids movie so the girls age seemed to be about 12-13

so basically the fancy family gets annoyed and the girl asks them to keep it down, and the fancy family is like judgy of them.

Then somewhere in the movie I can't remember why but the two girls have to group up together to do something i don't remember the reason these two got together, but this was the scene I remember, so in their neighborhood a truck full of cupcakes crash and a bunch of cupcakes fall onto the street, the drummer girl goes to eat them and offers one to the other girl, and the brown haired girl says "red velvet are my favorite" and I don't remember what she says after but like she denies them or something, and that's all I remember, sorry if I said something's weird, this is just all from my recollection. Plsss guys I can't get this movie out of my head
