Just made loopy whisks bagels for the first time (picture attached) and they look gorg. When making I realised the amount of psyllium was considerably more than her regular bread recipes (that’s fine recipes are different) but when i tried them they just taste like psyllium husk and i’m not sure if that’s normal or i slightly miss-made the recipe/ missed an ingredient.
