got my pc from a friend a while ago and i think he download some virus that doesnt let me update windows, or im retarted and i have a messed up pc. I'll get a blue screen every now and then telling me to activate windows. i bought 2 product keys and when i try them it says there an error in updating windows. tried to troubleshoot with windows or whatever but it just says theres an error with that too. do i need to buy a new drive or something?
