I’m helping with graphic design for a local Taco Truck opening up soon. Their food is out of this world- I know because I got to photograph and then eat it all! 🤤 I’m talking to the owner to see if there’s a possibility of having gluten free options on the menu. Do you think there’s a market for that in Tacoma? I have yet to see a Taco Truck that specifically gives non cross-contaminated GF options. I know it would be extra work but I’m hoping to convince the owner that it would be well received by the community.
