Is my form cooked?
new to deadlifts
What i'm noticing:
- no need to adjust so much and minimize time between reps
- maybe pull a bit more with hamstrings?
- lock lats, back and down
- need to slack pull
- bit wider knees
questions:
- when i drop the weight down, i notice the momentum shakes thru my arms. i dont feel anything negative but it looks bad through the video. should i make my descend more controlled?
- im using a thumbless grip, is that viable? i try to grip it normal with my whole hand, but my forearm hurts like crazy that way
