Hello everyone!

I seek the advice of the members on this forum for my situation.

I recently purchased a self paced course on NPTEL+ for about Rs 1000, However I was not given access to the course; though the purchase was successful, the website shows it as processing(it has been more than 72hours)

I have written to their email twice and never got any response. I tried calling them multiple times, but no one seems to receive the call either

Any advice would be helpful!
