Telus has removed all areas of concern from internal maps (problem service areas) saying there are none (lies). Also stating they all would be fixed in the next year or 2. This is a total lie as you only know when it's fixed once it's tested. Telus just because you removed the problem area from a map doesn't mean it's resolved. The same thing happened when Telus upgraded the network a few years ago, turns out nothing was resolved. They don't want to invest any $$, which compounds the issue
