I have a coworker who is the only other woman at our title/level and she absolutely hates me. It’s embarrassing and I’m trying to get over it.

Examples such as if I’m holding the door open for her she will slow down walking so much I can’t hold the door open any longer. I try to make small talk about a tv show in a small group, she will say she’s never watched. Moments later she’s discussing the show with another coworker. Socially I have stopped trying.

Professionally there is no sabotage I’ve noticed thank god, but there is absolutely no accidental teamwork. If I can think of examples I’ll add them.

What do I do? What would you do? I really don’t want other people to notice as we work very closely together in an open floor layout.
