Hey, i know a lot of you might be going through hell right now, so i just wanted to let you that everything is going to be okay and you are doing your best!

The fact that you loved someone through their ups and downs already says a lot about the person you are. You are a caring, loving, thoughtful person and you opened up and showed these positive qualities to another person. You cared for someone and you got very hurt and some of you are probably still hurting, but it shouldn't stop you from loving anyone ever again, so don't let these bad experiences turn you cold and unwilling to be vulnerable with anyone ever again or become someone you are not.

I recently heard this quote "The one who loves, always wins", and it felt like it completely changed the way i process my grief. Try not to feel ashamed, embarrassed or regret for feeling a certain way, you are a human with feelings and your own needs, so you shouldn't feel bad or angry at yourself for letting someone treat you a certain way, because, honestly, most of us here were just longing for a genuine human connection and to feel loved the same way we loved them. It's also okay to feel all the emotions - angry, upset or sad or to feel that you might want to reach out to them or let them come back ( don't do it ). Just take one step at a time and soon everything will become clear.

You are not broken, you felt love, and to feel is to live, so don't be too hard on yourself - forgive them, forgive yourself and try to let it go. Keep loving hard and don't let someone ruin the chance of you being the best person you can be for someone who will appreciate it in the future. ❤️
