Let me start:

1. Disable Ben-Baalion instructions (like, I already disabled tutorials and he keeps explaining basic things or giving a quest after negative income)
2. A profile section that makes name, colour, banner... everything pre-selected, just like Anno 1404 or 2070. Making that choice before every new game already pissed me off in 1800
3. Automatic pop-up AI at quest endings
