(There are 2 ways to register. Either one is valid)

Your typical way you register. Just follow the instructions illustrated in here. Method 1 Note: No need to bother with the Aptitudes table as everyone gets SSS aptitudes (running style of the uma must be A or B to upgrade it to S) and mention your Uma's u/ for this race

Pick one stat plan from the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th images. Yeah that simple. You do not need to find legacies either. All you need to submit is then

Uma: [name] [u/] Stat plan: [number] Running Style: [Style]

if you want to interchange the numbers within a stat plan, for example "12 but exchange power and guts" mention it that way so that the power and guts instead of being 450 and 700 will be 700 and 450 respectively

If you want to exchange the points within stats, for example "966 speed and 933 power into 999 speed and 900 power" mention it that way but also you are limited to doing such exchanges among similar range brackets. That are 1-500, 500-900, 900-1000, 1000-1100, 1100-1200. For example, 966 and 933 work as they are in the same range brackets of 900-1000 but I cannot do the same with 833 and 933

1. Registration papers, check.. hmm, Buena san's name is still here..

2. Race track acquisition and race permits, check.. wasn't too hard thanks to Wafu san and Safi san..

3. Revised pre planned stats, check.. the no. of pre planned stats doubled compared to last time and got more standardized.. Topro san's figurine gave me enough emotional support to keep working on them..

4. Uhh.. I think that covers.. everything.. what's the time..? 7:50 a.m..!? Hmm.. rubs my eyes it's fine if I don't sleep for a day or two right..? Up on time? check.. Time to start a new day..

Secondly, if you are new to this, you can ignore this part. For the rest, I apologise whole heartedly but, I am going to restart the process. Not resume. That means we are going to register from the beginning and as such previous registrations that have been made will not be considered and have to be registered again. The reason being that I have realised there have been few things I haven't accounted for in the process but rest assured because I, STEEL BELNO RAITO got it under the wraps!

Thank you. I am glad to bring this show back onto the road. As for the dates hmmm 🤔 Registrations will start on tentative May 6th 9 pm GMT+8 and last until a week. So if the schedule is followed then the registration will end on May 13th 9pm GMT+8. The time of the race will be yet to decide but we can go with 2 to 3 days from the end of registrations.
