TikTok Shop suspension over violations that were inconsistently enforced. I have exhausted every normal appeal channel and am requesting a proper manual review from someone with decision-making authority.

I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for fair and consistent enforcement based on the actual content and prior appeal outcomes on my account.

MY SITUATION IN BRIEF:

• Account status: Active TikTok Shop affiliate creator with consistent sales history

• Suspension: 3-day TikTok Shop suspension

• Violations involved: “Inconsistent Product Promotion” / “Irrelevant Promotion”

• Main issue: Multiple similar violations for the SAME products and SAME style of content were previously overturned and removed, while newer ones were suddenly upheld and escalated into suspension

THE CONTRADICTION:

Several prior appeals involving these same products were APPROVED after manual review. TikTok reviewers previously determined that:

• The products shown matched the linked products

• The content was relevant to the products being promoted

• The videos did not violate policy

However, newer videos featuring the same products, same presentation style, and same type of promotion suddenly resulted in:

• Violations being upheld

• Product removals

• Reduced visibility

• Commission withdrawal suspensions

• A 3-day TikTok Shop suspension

This inconsistency is what I am asking to be reviewed.

THE FACTS:

1.	The products were clearly shown on camera in the videos

2.	The linked products matched the products displayed in the content

3.	I did not intentionally mislead viewers or promote unrelated products

4.	Prior violations for similar content were successfully overturned

5.	The escalation to suspension appears inconsistent with previous manual review outcomes

MY COMPLIANCE EFFORTS:

• I appealed violations immediately

• I reviewed TikTok Shop policy guidelines carefully

• I adjusted content after prior violations

• I attempted to comply with all platform requirements

• I removed or avoided content categories once concerns were identified

I have made good-faith efforts to follow platform policy and correct issues whenever they were raised.

THE IMPACT:

This suspension directly impacts:

• My commissions

• My visibility and ability to work

• My business and income

As a creator who has consistently generated legitimate sales through TikTok Shop, I am asking for a fair and accurate review of my actual content and account history.

MY REQUEST:

I respectfully request that TikTok Shop:

1.	Review the actual videos and appeal history on my account

2.	Acknowledge the inconsistent enforcement outcomes on similar content

3.	Reevaluate the violations that led to the 3-day suspension

4.	Restore my account standing if these violations were incorrectly upheld

I am not attempting to evade policy. I am simply asking for consistent and accurate enforcement based on the content that was actually posted and the prior decisions already made on my account.
