Botox making my forehead really shiny and looking "done"

I've been using botox for 2 or 3 years now and it's crazy how reactive my body is to it. On the second picture I litteraly try to do the same expression as the first one (btw s/o to Florence Pugh's story where she gets botox)

One thing I dislike tho is how it makes my forehead really shiny I don't know why

A bit over 2 years ago I went to Turkey for my second nose job. I had the surgery pretty much as soon as I arrived, and at the same time I also had an upper bleph. I stayed in Istanbul for a few weeks, and while I was there I thought I might as well “make the most of it” and ended up getting my teeth done too near the end of the trip.

As you can see in the first pic (not my proudest pic lol, you can still see some of the scars from the nose job and upper bleph), they shaved my teeth down a lot to put veneees on. At the time I didn’t question it too much. But now that I’m trying to move back toward a more natural look… my smile just doesn’t look natural at all to me in the other photos.

I know my tiny nose doesn’t help the overall balance either, but one thing at a time.

Is there anything that can be done to make a smile with veneers look more natural? Considering my teeth are already shaved, there’s no real going back (I know I shouldn’t have done it, I genuinely regret it now).

Kind of a random question but I’m curious 😅

I had my second nose job a bit over 2 years ago, and now my niece is at that age where she finds stupid faces hilarious. My sister-in-law (her mom) does the “pig nose” thing and it makes her laugh so much, so I was tempted to do it too

Is that actually safe after a rhinoplasty or is it a bad idea? My doctor told me a surgically altered nose stays more fragile for life, so now I’m second guessing everything.

Am I overthinking this or should I avoid it?

I’ve had two nose jobs, latest in Turkey, and lately I’ve been questioning how natural it actually looks. I feel like I’ve lost perspective a bit

Does it look obviously “done” to you?

Hi,

I currently have Terino malar shell implants (6 mm) in the biggest size, and I want them removed. The problem is I have no idea what the process is actually like, and that’s making me pretty anxious.

Has anyone here had these removed? How did it go surgery, recovery, swelling, and especially how your face looked afterwards?

I’m worried about things like sagging or things not going back to normal, so I’d really appreciate any real experiences or advice. Maybe I will need a lift or something ?

Thanks in advance
