Ladies I’m here to hear your journeys/experience, strength and hope. I recently qualified for Semaglutide out of pocket and I’m super excited. Im about to turn 47 in 19 days and have been in full menopause for the last 2 years. Since menopause, almost immediately my belly popped out and nothing I could do would bring it down. I eat clean and healthy, I lift weights, I get fairly good sleep and I’m on HRT. But my stress levels are probably off the charts. Going through divorce for the last 4 years!! The weight has slowly creeped up and I’m at 137lb now and at 5’1” I’m just not feeling my best. My ideal weight is 120lb. They’ve given me a 0.25mg prescription for the first 4 weeks and then an increase to 0.50mg (if needed). I’m planning to take it tonight (Thursday) as the food noise is incessant on the weekends. What kind of weight loss/ side effects have you experienced? Again I’m only really interested in the small weight losses. Thank you for sharing.
