4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 (NVIDIA)

Intel Core i5 10400F @ 2.90GHz

Im thinking to buy a Intel Arc Pro B570

And for the cpu a ryzen 5 5500

I am on a budget thats why they arent the best parts, just looking for parts that would run the games i want to play better, and if i had to choose one which one should i upgrade first the gpu or cpu
