Wanted to paint this room after buying the house but we noticed nasty bubbles in the paint around the corners of the room. I started peeling it back and scrapping and found this red paint under it lol. Does anyone have any tips to get up old paint off the walls? Because I’ve been scraping for about 2 hours and this is what I got lol. Any help is appreciated
