The easiest way to cut through all the BS is simply to ask them one question over and over:
What is the model of the collar? >!Yes or no!<
He stupidly showed the model on camera, there is literally only one model that fits and looks like the one he showed, the Educator RX-090, a shock collar, the manufacturers themselves confirmed it. There is just no way to squirm around this, especially considering he never confirmed what the model was, and that he openly lied and said that its not a shock collar
