I have the worst neighbor, need advice
My upstairs neighbor has been absolutely terrible. I have had to contact the police due to confrontation and noise, I've been complaining to the office for well over 2 years. She's keyed my car, unplugs my washer to charge her things and the noise is unbearable. Her 12 year old son constantly screams, jumps and pounds on the floor so loud the vents on the walls shake. He throws things out of the windows and runs around the building inside and out in nothing but underwear. The neighbor seems to think the building is hers. I can not afford to move and I've asked the office to please move her or me
They just keep telling me they're working on a resolution but won't tell me what it a timeframe. I even filed an online complaint with code enforcement
I have severe PTSD with a emotional support animal and every bang and scream makes my heart drop. I've even went back to the Dr for worsening symptoms. Idk what to do
