I have a 33'x11' living space. Split into a kitchen/bathroom/bedroom. I have garage space along the entire 33' (33x31 garage). I have hepas, a mini split, and an old wall AC unit below the mini split (located in bedroom). Is it feasible to run a duct from a high spot in the bedroom to a low spot in the kitchen (opposite ends), then add a hepa, hrv/erv, and a humidifier all on the duct?

My end goal is to have something that will keep the air freshly changed, and humidity higher indoors. I've been hurting from dry sinus issues for years. Any help would be appreciated. I'm not an ac guy, I'm a plumber and carpenter.
