Will this get a PSA 10?
Just won this card on a eBay auction at a BGS 9.5. This is my favorite card of my favorite eeveelution and I’m really hoping to get a 10. I bought it in hopes I could send it to PSA in the BGS slab to see if they would give it a 10. I’m really just looking to see what everyone’s thoughts on it is :)
