Thank you to anyone that can help. We are currently in a pickle. do anyone that can help much appreciated.

We have a situation where our agent is not cooperating and keeps asking for more proof as if we are hiding something. She has asked us for everything in 2025. She’s still is investigating and we have nothing to hide. We told her the full story is there someone we can reach out to that can replace her or someone we can complain to about her?
