first time taking lithium

Hello! I'm a woman, I'm 20 years old. English is not my native language, sorry for the mistakes.

I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder two weeks ago. Before that, I had been taking antidepressants for five years, and I was diagnosed with depression seven years ago. Of course, the diagnosis was changed to bipolar disorder (type 2).

I take one 600 mg pill in the evening. Today, after taking it, I feel like all my muscles are tense, causing tremors throughout my body (even my jaw). I'm really worried about the nausea that's developing, like when you look down in a moving car. I want to try to induce vomiting because I need to go to bed, but I don't know if that's a good idea. I've also started sweating heavily, but it can be because I'm hypochondriac and scared like hell.

The internet says that this is intoxication and that I urgently need to stop taking my medication and go to the hospital. But the internet also says that everything is normal and this is a side effect.

I am still taking antidepressants as I am slowly reducing the dosage.

Just is it okay??? If yes, how to handle it, how to help myself and etc. I have no one to ask about it D:
