I’m 24 days post op and I’m experiencing pain and swelling again? I had all 4 removed and my bottoms were impacted, I ended up getting a dry socket in one but I got it treated and that’s basically healed now just still a big hole. Everything else is basically completely healed and I’ve still been flushing the extractions sites every time after I eat, I’ve had 0 pain for over a week up until about 2-3 days ago. My jaw feels super sore and is swelling a bit again, it feels very sore to the touch and when I bite down. I figured it might be the bone healing cuz they had to break my bottoms ones to get them out so I assume they had to maybe drill some bone. Is this normal?
