Need advice regarding a cancelled Noon KSA order after confirmation and dispatch

Hi everyone,

Looking for some advice regarding an order issue with Noon KSA.

I had placed an order recently at a discounted price. The order was:

  • confirmed by Noon,
  • assigned a shipment/tracking ID,
  • and an electronic invoice was generated.

The order was Cash on Delivery.

Later, the order status changed to cancelled after dispatch, and the app showed it as customer cancelled even though I did not request cancellation myself.

When I contacted support, they mentioned it may have been related to a system/pricing issue.

I checked Noon’s Terms of Sale and noticed a clause stating that order acceptance takes place once confirmation is sent in writing. I also saw cancellation clauses related to payment issues, unavailable products, bulk orders, etc., but I could not clearly find anything specifically about cancellation after confirmation due to pricing/system issues.

I just wanted to ask:

  • Has anyone experienced something similar with Noon KSA?
  • Were you able to get the order reinstated or receive compensation/store credit?
  • What would be the best way to escalate this politely?

Would appreciate any practical advice or similar experiences.
