Hello, I’m buying my first house in FL. I paid to have the inspection done but I don’t understand it. I would really appreciate some advice.

  1. What’s the difference between HVAC and AC?

  2. The report says it checked ac and the condensers are working but heat wasn’t evaluated. There are two hvac and two condensers. I don’t understand why there are two and can ac work without HVAC?

  3. Should I ask the seller to cover the replacement of a new hvac since it’s 19 years old?

  4. Any other advice based on what you see?
