Was doing a house clean out and found a n.i.b. Pilot Vanishing point! I love it, however its a pain to fill. The plunger doeant go all the to the end of the tank so it only fills halfway. The ink remains at the end of the tube and when I reinsert it squirts out all over the inside of the pen. If I mess with the plunger and hold the tube up I can suck the ink into other part of the tank, ease the plunger back back up and suck up more ink. The tube is short, so its hard to hold it into the ink well and I make a huge mess

Do you insert the nib into pen and suck ink slowly up the nib?

Ive had many pens but never had this problem

Tldr... bought a parts kit on 'zon bc my heating element was dead. Dryer worked fine for a few months. Then the thermal fuse died. Replaced. Died again. Replaced. Now, its just not getting hot enough? Typically id set to "energy preferred" where the red line is (for my kiddo) now, I have to run multiple cycles as it buzzes and is wet.

Setting to timed 70 results in the same. Lint trap is clean.

I double checked the exhaust. Dc the accordian and put shopvac hose all the in and shook and wiggled it as I pulled the hose out. Vac out the wall tube and ensure the flapper outside was moving freely. Shopvac as much as the dryers exhaust hole as much as possible. Its getting good flow. Holding the door switch and running the left vent is putting out heat, the right moves air. I presume it "sucks" on the right as opposed to "blowing" from left, and that the door needs to be shut to pull in the heat from the element.

A decent value if youre too lazy to procure your own "wood"
