Pokemon Emerald on the trusty 14"

I've got a few solid sets, but I always come back to this Toshiba. it's just so nice!

hey guys! picked up this sick 87 GE b&w TV a while and back and have been using it in my kitchen, BUT I just found out it has rechargable battery sticks?!?!?

I can't find a single thing on these boys and would love to figure out how to use them. any ideas on how they would recharge?
