Previous back surgery- 13 weeks pregnant with back pain
Hello first time pregnancy and pregnant with di/di twins we are 13 weeks 2 days. Just had our third scan done and both are healthy and growing well. I have a pars repair at my L4/L5 vertebrae and have been having some very uncomfortable back pain. Wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar. Due to having metal in my back we will be meeting with an anesthesiologist at 24 weeks to go over my epidural options for labor. But this back pain has been pretty intense the last week. My belly has also started to pop in the last two weeks so I do believe that has caused my muscles to shift and is also leading to the back pain. I do work at a hospital and am on my feet 10+ hours a day so I’m sure that also doesn’t help the situation. Any insight/experience is welcome! Thank you!
