Hi everyone! I’m planning to move to St. Albert and I’ve been looking at houses in Akinsdale because I really like the proximity to the highway and the easy access to Edmonton.
I’d love to hear honest opinions from locals about the area. What would you say are the biggest pros and cons of living in Akinsdale?
Also, in your opinion, what’s considered a fair/normal price these days for a house around 2,000 sq ft in the area? I’ve noticed the price range seems really wide, so I’m trying to understand what’s actually reasonable.
