I bought myself a Starforge System Navigator 3 Computer and when I try turning it on it keeps saying Install Windows

Windows could not complete the installation. To install windows on this computer, restart the installation.

Only problem is that I’m not getting to any screens where that is truly possible, I’m nervous to touch it cause I spent a lot of money and don’t wanna accidentally break something, please help
