Our organization places great importance not only on competitive performance, but also on professional responsibility, attitude, and respect toward fans and team members.
However, in relation to Diable, there was a recent incident in which he did not fulfill his commitment to attend a scheduled fan meeting, despite continued efforts by the organization and coaching staff to encourage his participation until the very end.
We believe that honoring commitments to fans and maintaining professionalism are values that must never be taken lightly. Regardless of a player's individual performance, alignment with the team's direction requires respect toward the organization, fans, and all individuals working together within the team environment.
In addition, as there have been repeated instances in which internal rules and basic commitments were not properly observed, the organization has decided to place Diable on send-down status. As Diable is a symbolic player who developed through our youth system, we fully understand that this decision may be difficult for some to understand from an external perspective. Nevertheless, while short-term performance is important, we believe it is also the responsibility of the organization to guide players toward becoming better professionals. We are continuing to review potential additional measures as necessary. We hope that this action will serve as an opportunity for Diable to reflect and grow further as a professional player.
We would also like to sincerely apologize to the fans who attended last week's fan meeting and were left disappointed. We take full responsibility for this outcome and will strengthen player education and internal management systems to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Appropriate measures will be implemented to ensure this standard is upheld.
