So I met my I guess ex-boyfriend now about a week after my birthday in July.

We dated for a few months and broke up because he was having family issues and couldn't handle a relationship.

we dated again and broke up again and we just tried dating again and now he said we should just be friends.

It was going really well until I finally gave in and we did something sexual (over the phone not in person), and now he breaks it off claiming that we're both under too much stress. I'm so confused and I'm so hurt by this and I don't know what to do and I hate feeling like this.
