The intersection was blocked off by cops and the train car was stopped, from where I was, the car looked derailed. Anybody know what happened?

I got this bobble at the game yesterday and as much as I love the Dodgers, I’m not a collector and would like to give this away to someone who is. If you can meet me at a cafe or someplace public near me, the handoff can take place. Highland park area.
