Monitor only connects after unplugging new PC fully, otherwise i just get no signal

Apologies english isnt my first language and im very not-techy. But i will list all i know and everything ive tried.

For context i ordered a pc where i picked the parts and the company put it together, runs great i think! Installed windows on it yesterday and im pretty sure they set up bios for me since it was dated in march.

But basically, the monitor i have (a svive pyx ultrawide connected via DP) turns on but only if i unplug the pcs power completely, not just power off with the button it seems. No amount of unplugging the display or cables work.

Things ive done:

gotten latest nvidia drivers, disabled fast boot in windows settings, played around with the hibernate/sleep settings, switch the DP port on the gpu.

Ive seen people turn off sleep mode to get around it but since i cant even turn it off and on with the power button and have it working i dont see how that will help. Ive looked for settings that could be related in bios but didnt find anything. i do have a hdmi cable i can try with but i dont want to be using a hdmicable, and when i get my second monitor up ill have to use DP anyway.

What else should i do or look at? Ive seen loads of people post abt this issue but they could all be fixed by turning the monitor on and off or similar. I have to literally go back in bios everytime because it knows i rebooted bc of an issue. Any help or insight for such a non techy person would be greatly appreciated <3

specs:

amd 7 9800x3d

nvidia 5070 (tuf i think)

asus tuf 650 plus wifi

(monitor) svive pyx 34d901
