ULPT request: revenge on TruGreen
TruGreen has been treating my elderly neighbor’s lawn. They’ve convinced him the chemicals safe, even though his dog runs out right after spraying and we’re on protected wetlands. Some grievances:
1. Legally required to notify us before spraying but never have. As far as I can tell there are no actual legal penalties for not doing this.
2. TruGreen sprays all over the buffer meant to protect the wetlands. They ignore rules not to spray before rain, so there’s lots of runoff. They also don’t maintain buffers for wells.
3. Employees not wearing PPE, which just makes me feel bad for them.
I’d love for them to face legal repercussions, but I’d settle for being really annoying and wasting their time.
I have lots of time and am highly motivated. All ideas welcome!
