Electric Cooling Trays?
Hi friends! We have a big Indy500 party every year and I’m looking to improve some things.
Is there any kind of electric cooling tray out there to keep the cold food cold? Preferably with a loose clear lid and not tons of melting/condensation.
I’ve seen where you can fill a large foil pan with water and freeze it and then set smaller trays in them, but I don’t love the idea of it melting and leaving puddles or tons of condensation.
I’ve seen essentially large ice packs that can be frozen and you roll them out, but are they really that effective? Otherwise my search hasn’t been wildly successful.
The party usually spans around 7-8hours.
I’m happy to occasionally change food out as well. I just don’t want to deal with melting trays of ice.
