I've already returned this headset, but I want to know if this is normal. I really liked the headset, so I don't know if I should buy it again. Whenever I turned the headset on, there was static noise always playing at the same volume, no matter the device, and it was also doing it when not connected to anything. Is that normal, or did I get a defective unit?
