It's soooo bad, for a year I can't remember the last time I went to bed without crippling pain and feeling so uncomfortable to the point I would cry and hit myself.
I'm pretty sure I developed insomnia too.
No one believes me Idk what to do I've taken a shit ton of magnesium, melatonin.
Please guys what do I do???!???? Help me
Also, DOES IT EVER GO AWAY, will I go to sleep like a normal human being?

I have an iPhone 12 pro, I bought it refurbished 4 years ago, probably the greatest phone I ever had, I never updated it tho.
Recently the battery is starting to piss me off, 76% battery life (4-5 hours of use) other than that the phone is perfectly fine. I dont feel like changing the battery either.
Should I just keep it till the battery blows up or should I upgrade?

Hello, I've always used the iPhone pro models, and I really like the size and overall experience, but the only issue I've had is the battery life.
I am also a bit clumsy with phones and have a past of breaking a few because of them falling and thought that if the size IS THAT BIG as everyone seems to say it might be a bit hard for me to adjust.
BUT gosh all I ever wanted was a good battery I think this is my main problem, always wished to only charge my phone once a day.
Given those, would the iPhone Pro or Pro Max be a better choice for me this time?
