Brand new to Fundrise let alone investing as a 30yo. What’s the best of the 3 to do? I’m doing monthly investments in index funds already but maybe have this for some extra money or maybe establish for the long term. Thoughts on supplemental income, balanced investing or long-term growth? It looks like you can only select 1.

30yrs old seeing what everyone has done to be successful. I currently have low monthly expenses and more disposable income to build wealth. I started buying gold the past couple of months. I started buying index and etf stocks (VOO,VGT,SLYV, QQQ, VUG & SCHD) that I contribute 300/ each per month and 800/mo in real estate (Fundrise) as well. My ultimate goal would be to be financially independent by 40 and hopefully have a liquid 7 figures by then. Just wanted to get thoughts on this current path.
