Hello everyone!

I am located in Toronto, applied for belgium visa for my trip on Jul 11.

Since I have obtained my portugal schengen visa back in 2024, I thought they had my biometrics on file so I chose to mail in my application. Received an email today saying they actually do not have my biometrics.

Did anyone experience this before? Attached the email below, I am confused as do I need to book an appointment to come in? Or just drop in during opening hours. Do I need to submit a new application form? They already have all my documents and passport.

Any advice is appreciated!!
