Long story short, I went through my pregnancy and everything else 👍🏼 he
• prior to this violation was “he would see her in 16 years or when mamas dead and gone” how does one get away with ease?
• He is about to be 46, has a 2020 truck, money for whatever he wants, let’s his truck like for 30 minutes and smokes every 30 mins. but can’t take $50 a month to exercise parenting time or pay $178 in child support. He works for cash and silver and doesn’t report it. Everything is in his mom’s name so they don’t repossess it.
• drives his truck in front of our window and honks his horn
He now has 4 additional daughters. I only know because of the hearing and custody change. granted this guy, helped beat up a guy for $50 and a case of beer, 3rd domestic and 4th habitual offender.
On 5/6. I filed a parenting violation for speaking to K outside the court order and trying to contact me through other people.
The court order states he must have
2 supervised visits a month by safe haven and he walked out of mediation, and right out of the court room. The judge had to call him back.
We just don’t understand why some people can’t must leave us alone. She knows the stress is from increased anxiety due to circumstances. It’s still not fair. She wants a dad, not him but we pray for him. Now she just wants peace.
I am no looking to relocate, but any suggestions! I’m thinking the unit for relocating by my sister, since I have PTSD in this one, and once I get served I don’t know if he will show. He has a show cause in Chippewa county may sometime and one another June 12. But yet these girls still ride Around with him. That’s how they get $$$ or maybe that’s how he does. It is just wrong.
