Did I Ovulate? Low Temp Rise
I am struggling to determine if I ovulated. I have PCOS and very long cycles so my doctor prescribed Provera to produce a bleed and Letrozole. Due to the inconsistent periods I am struggling to determine if this is enough of a rise to be considered ovulation. I have been testing my LH and have not seen a spike. What do you all think??
