I have made a conclusion, that fapping cause me acne ( for me ) I have seen that, after lasting 1 month without doing it, then I did it and the next morning I had acne all over my cheeks and on the back of my head. Tell me is there a way to stop it, because I can do the no gooning, but when it comes down to having sex I don’t know what to do. My barber also have seen that and told me to go to a doctor because of these pimples.
