Looking to get a car after being on bicycle only for about 8 years. I don’t know anything about cars. I’m currently looking at a 2014 Prius c with 193k miles and 4 owners in the Sacramento, California area. The car has a scratched up front bumper and I think the tire treads look thin. The seller said they felt the vehicle was priced well considering the market and wouldn’t be willing to budge more than a few hundred. They would agree to subtractions if anything major was wrong with the car after a pre purchase inspection though. It’s a lot of money for me.
